We always seek attention from others. We look for a compliment that comes from people. We think completeness may come from someone. We always try to find love from a person. We do everything to make ourselves happy. We spend our time chasing our own desires, right?

But let me ask you, at the end of the day are you fulfilled, satisfied and contented? Maybe, just maybe you were tired doing all those stuffs. After some time, people can disappoint you and sometimes puts you down. Everything you have might dissatisfy you as well. Circumstances will just come to knock you down. Happiness is not about having everything you can see in this world. If so, happiness would just be temporary – you’re happy then later not. We will just get tired, weary and worn-out doing this ordinary routine.

The good news is in just a moment God can change the whole course of your life. He can offer you His love. He can satisfy and provide everything you need without getting exhausted. His love is always sufficient to every one of us. The love of God is the most precious thing that we didn’t even win. Therefore, losing it is so impossible. Everywhere you go the love of God is following you.

God did not love you because you serve Him. He loves you even before you became His disciple. We love because he first love us (1 John 4:19). What will keep us moving forward is not our love for Him. It’s His love for us that keeps us going. Our love fails but God’s love never fall short!

The joy doesn’t depend on your situation, it depends with the One you have – you got Jesus. Everything we need comes from Him. The safest place we can ever go is on the will of God. So keep following the path that God gives us.

Only God can fill and complete your heart because He is the One who made it.
