Our God is a limitless God!
Many, LORD my God, are the wonders you have done, the things you planned for us. None can compare with you; were I to speak and tell of your deeds, they would be too many to declare. (Psalm 40:5 NIV)
Lord, where are my blessings? Why I am experiencing insufficiency? I couldn’t get what I want. I gave my full effort yet increased did not happen. I was doing exactly what was required yet I’m not satisfied. I have done my part, I did my obligations yet I’m not fulfilled. It seems that the more I give my best the least reward I get. Sigh… Frustration follows me, Lord!
Maybe right now you have all these concerns to God. Let me tell you a simple truth, doing a thing out of the Will of God is like working too hard and yet receives nothing. You easily get tired when you’re working without the presence of God. You know that in His presence there is fullness of joy (Psalm 16:11). The enthusiasm of your heart will lead you in loving and enjoying what you do. Remember, you are doing things for God not because that’s your duty and merely requirements but because you love Him. In the first place if you’re eager to serve Him it would be impossible for you to find yourself weary.
Also, the moment you focus on your situation the more it engulfs you. When you focus your attention on Him and remember the good things He has done for you, how generous and how merciful He has been to you. Then you begin to realize how powerful and great He is compare to your situation.
God has been and will always be faithful to you! The blessings of God are everywhere. You are not just aware because your negative thoughts are blocking His goodness in your life. God will generously provide all you need. Then you will always have everything you need and plenty left over to share with others (2 Corinthians 9:8).
Learn to appreciate everything around you. Sometimes the great blessing disguises on a small thing. Just learn to be strong and immovable. God is bigger compare to your stressors! Always work enthusiastically for the Lord, for you know that nothing you do for the Lord is ever useless (1 Corinthians 15:58).
If I’m gonna testify everything He has done for me this page won’t be enough for me. Right now I realize I have everything I need. Yes! I have them all, because I learned to appreciate.
